Data in your account is linked only to your device. The account will be effectively deleted, and unrecoverable, if you delete the app from your device (or clear cookies for the SafeKey web app). If you later reinstall or use a different device, a new account will be created for that device and any data that had been associated with the device previously will not be retrievable.
