There are several possible reasons that you may not see your past results:
- The result is not one of the 10 most recent results you have uploaded.
- The result was uploaded without a profile, i.e. using SafeKey 2.1 or earlier.
- The confirmation name and birthdate you entered did not exactly match the name and birthdate uploaded with the test result.
- You aren’t using the same device that was used to upload the test result.
- You aren’t using the same app or browser that was used to upload the test result.
- You were using incognito or private mode when you uploaded the test result.
- Your browser settings were configured not to store cookies when you uploaded the test result.
- You have cleared your browser cookies since you uploaded the test result.
- You have deleted and reinstalled the app since you uploaded the test result.
